Who can use the portal
The portal is for existing Sidekick clients we’ve invited. Access is personal to you. Please keep your one-time sign-in link private and don’t share your access with anyone else.
What the portal is — and isn’t
The portal gives you tools and plain-English guidance to help you understand your tax, deadlines and references. It’s general guidance, not tailored advice. Before you act on anything that affects a filing, a payment, a deadline or your HMRC/Companies House position, check it with us first. The dates and figures are maintained by us and kept as current as we can, but they can change — if something looks wrong, tell us.
Your information
You only ever see your own company’s information in the portal. If anything looks inaccurate or out of date, let us know and we’ll put it right. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the portal — for example, trying to access information that isn’t yours, interfering with how it works, or attempting to break its security. We may suspend or remove access if the portal is misused.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available, but we may occasionally need to take it down for maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features over time.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses that arise from relying on the portal’s general guidance without checking with us first. Nothing here limits any responsibility that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the portal means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

The portal is provided by Sidekick Accounting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12250170), registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.
